Nicky Smit
I am a degree qualified clinical nutritionist based on the Bayside with a passion for helping and educating people on how to achieve their optimal health, utilising the latest scientific research to guide my treatments.
I am a wife and mom to two teenage daughters plus a furbaby, so I understand the demands of a busy life. Therefore, I believe in providing realistic and achievable tools to help you reach your goals.
My special interests are lymphatic dysfunction including Lymphoedema and Lipoedema, stress related issues & mental health, insulin resistance, gut and female health.
